Criminal Minds’ two-part season nine premiere has found its unsub’s mother.
TVLine reports that Camryn Manheim will fill the role, playing a woman who is extremely overprotective where her son, a disturbed young man, is concerned. The mother, however, has some dark secrets of her own.
Best known for her work on the Practice, Harry’s Law and Ghost Whisperer, this Criminal Minds gig will mark Manheim’s first return to CBS since 2010.
Criminal Minds’ ninth season premieres Wednesday, September 25 at 9 PM.
