The Rake actress has been added to Bravo’s recently picked-up series, Deadline has learned exclusively.
Girlfriend’s Guide To Divorce will consist of 13-hourlong episodes. Zadegan joins Lisa Edelstein, who has already been set to star in the new series.
The series will follow Abby (Edelstein), a self-help book author who hides the fact that she is separated from her husband as she starts to reinvent her life as a recently single woman in her early 40s living in Los Angeles. She begins seeking advice from her divorced friends over her married ones, which leads to some surprising and unexpected experiences.
Zadegan will play a divorce attorney who is fearless and speaks her mind. She strives to be Abby’s attorney and has a nontraditional type of marriage herself.
