Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War’s much-awaited second arc, which debuted on October 11, 2022, is preparing to appear on a panel. The anime centers on Ichigo, played by Johnny Yong Bosch (Power Rangers Zeo), and the soul society’s battle against Ywach, who is represented by Richard Epcar (Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon) and his army of Quincy. According to Comicbook, the series has left viewers on the edge of their seats, with Ichigo, Orihime and Chad facing Uryu.
According to Comicbook, this news comes courtesy of a joint announcement by Anime Expo and Viz Media, who have announced the plans for the events. Fans are curious to see how Ichigo and his friends will handle the impending threat awaiting them.
“Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War– The Conflict Panel – Presented by VIZ Media. Join voice actors Derek Stephen Prince, Robbie Daymond, and Xander Mobus as they revisit Parts 1 & 2. Don’t miss major announcements around BLEACH and a sneak peek of Part 3 during the panel,” the Anime Expo announced. “The Premiere and Panel will take place on July 6, 2024 – 10:00AM – 11:20AM at the Main Stage Events.”
A teaser for the third season’s battle has been released, showcasing the incredible animation the artists are working on. The third installment will surely take place after the events where Ywach and his elite guards have infiltrated the Soul King’s Palace, battling against Squad Zero. With creator Tite Kubo (Zombie Powder) hinting at perhaps a slower pacing for part three, the sneak peek at Anime Expo is sure to create a lot of interest. To the joy of viewers, this might enable the anime to explore character development and dramatic battle scenes more thoroughly.
While a confirmed release date has yet to be made known, the series is rumored to be released sometime in 2024. The entire two seasons are available to stream on Hulu.
