Ben Stiller, Yvettte Nicole Brown, Steve Buscemi, & Daveed Diggs to Guest Star in Season One of ‘Krapopolis’

Deadline has reported that Fox’s Krapopolis will feature many notable guest stars throughout season one. Season one of Krapopolis will premiere on September 24.

The guest stars include Ben Stiller (The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Night at the Museum), Steve Buscemi (Boardwalk Empire, Reservoir Dogs), Yvette Nicole Brown (Community, Drake & Josh), Daveed Diggs (The Little Mermaid, Soul), Will Forte (30 Rock, Saturday Night Live), Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, BoJack Horseman), Joel McHale (Community, The Soup), and Jane Lynch (Glee, Weakest Link).

Krapopolis season one will also feature Susan Sarandon (Stepmom, Blue Beetle), Alanna Ubach (Legally Blonde 3, Coco), Jim Rash (Community, Sky High), Chris Hardwick (Talking Dead, Back at the Barnyard), David Cross (Arrested Development, Megamind), Bobby Moynihan (Saturday Night Live, Me, Myself & I), Keith David (Rick and Morty, Coraline), Michael Urie (Ugly Betty, Shrinking), Amber Stevens West (Happy Together, Run the World), Rob Riggle (The Hangover, 21 Jump Street), Tim Meadows (Mean Girls 2, Grown Ups 2), and Tim Robinson (Detroiters, Human Resources) as guest stars.

The series is set in a mythical ancient Greece, and follows a dysfunctional family of humans, gods, and monsters as they attempt to run one of the world’s first cities while not killing each other in their process.

Krapopolis stars Richard Ayoade (The IT Crowd, Travel Man), Pam Murphy (Monsters University, 30 Rock), Duncan Trussell (The Midnight Gospel, Adventure Time: Distant Lands), Hannah Waddingham (Game of Thrones, Ted Lasso), and Matt Berry (What We Do in the Shadows, The IT Crowd).

Ayoade voices Tyrannis, King of Krapopolis and mortal son of goddess Deliria, voiced by Waddingham. Berry voices Tyrannis’ father Schlub. Murphy voices Tyrannis’ cyclops half-sister, Stupendous, who is the daughter of Deliria. Trussell voices Tyrannis’ mermaid half-brother, Hippocampus, who is the son of Schlub.

It is created and executive produced by Dan Harmon (Community, Rick and Morty) and is owned by FOX Entertainment. Executive producers also include Steve Levy (Fever Pitch, The Ringer), Alex Rubens (Keanu, Grass), and Jordan Young (Filth, Driving Lessons).
