FX’s Fleishman Is In Trouble continues to bring in new additions to its cast, including the recently-announced cast member, Adam Brody (The O.C.), according to The Hollywood Reporter. The show previously announced that Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network), Claire Danes (Homeland), and Lizzy Caplan (Masters of Sex) would be starring in Fleishman Is In Trouble.
The show, based on the novel by Taffy Brodesser-Akner (Long Island Compromise), follows surgeon Toby Fleishman (Eisenberg), who begins to enter the world of online dating following his separation from Rachel (Danes). However, when Rachel goes missing and Toby is left with their kids, he must reconsider everything that happened in their marriage and how it ultimately led to her disappearance.
Caplan will play the narrator of the novel and Toby’s longtime friend, Libby, while Brody will play another one of Toby’s old friends, Seth. Maxim Jasper Swinton (Halston) and Meara Mahoney-Gross (Don’t Look Up) will play Toby and Rachel’s children – Solly and Hanna.
