Bumming a ride from an EW headline, General Hospital hemostat Haley Pullos allegedly was pulled from her vehicle using the jaws of life by the Pasadena Fire Department after colliding with another car. An April 29th California Highway Patrol report read that Pullos (Dead Air, The Collector) was arrested for allegedly driving the wrong way on a Pasadena freeway and allegedly driving under the influence. Charged with a DUI, the actress, who plays Molly Lansing Davis on the Emmy winning soap, allegedly caused the other driver involved to be hospitalized.
Prior to the Pasadena accident, the report also stated this was her second lather of the night as she had allegedly been involved in a different hit-and-run earlier that same night.
“Pasadena Fire units responded to a traffic collision requiring rescue at the 134 Freeway/Orange Grove exit early this morning. Arriving units found two vehicles involved, with one person trapped, after a reported head-on collision,” divulged authorities in a Facebook post. “Fire personnel extricated one person from a vehicle and provided patient care and hospital transport for the occupants of both vehicles.”
The post concluded on a more bubbly note saying, “Cause is unknown but always a reminder to stay within the speed limit, avoid drinking and driving and never be distracted by passengers, phones, etc.”
Holiday Mia Kriegal (I Heard Sarah) makes her on screen debut on the May 22 episode of General Hospital. She will play Molly Lansing Davis in Pullos’ place.
The EW contacted Pullos’ representatives for comment, but unfortunately, she did not reach out for the sponge.
Pullos insisted to Soap Opera Digest last week that she has temporarily plucked General Hospital from her stitches saying, “Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident and I’m doing okay, but I am going to need a little time to recover. I will be back as soon as possible!”
