New images for the approaching Harry Potter series has been revealed, but this time they are focusing on Hogwart’s house crests. According to Screenrant, a major element of the iconic fantasy franchise, is when the students are sorted between the four different houses which are Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw, in which the the core trio of Harry, played by Dominic McLaughlin (Grow, Gifted); Ron, played by Alastair Stout (Finding Harry: The Craft Behind the Magic), and Hermione, played by Arabella Stanton (Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban: Full-Cast Edition,Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets: Full-Cast Edition) are sorted into Gryffindor.
Stated by Screenrant, the famous wizarding school was named after its four founders: Godric Gryffindor, who valued bravery and valor; Salazar Slytherin, who prioritized ambition and leadership; Helga Hufflepuff, who stood for loyalty and patience; and Rowena Ravenclaw, who prized wisdom and intelligence.

Reported by Screenrant, updated designs for the four Hogwarts house crests surfaced on the Potter Worldwide X page, the post showcased a side-by-side comparison showing that the new look drops the heavy shield in favor of a tapestry-style aesthetics. This has sparking immediate backlash from Harry Potter fans who criticized the designs as overly simplistic, uninspired, and lacking the magical detail of the originals.
The cast of the series is stacked with with famous faces, one of the newest addition being Kit Harrington (Game of Thrones, How to Train Your Dragon 2), who will portray Gildroy Lockheart , who was originally going to be portrayed by Nicholas Hoult (Warm Bodies, X-Men: Days of Future Past). Other famous names that are in the cast includes Nick Frost (Into the Badlands, Shaun of the Dead) as Hagrid, John Lithgow (Shrek, Dexter) as Dumbledore, and Janet McTeer (The Menu, The Artist).
The first season which focus on the first book, Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone is scheduled to land on HBO Max on December 25.
