According to The Hollywood Reporter, David Wilcox sold legal thriller Entrapment to ABC and Badlands to the CW.
Entrapment tells the story of a top prosecutor accused of murder and her journey to clear her name with the help of her former adversary, a streetwise defense attorney. It received a put pilot from ABC.
Badlands, a supernatural western, follows a family cursed by ghosts. It received a script deal from the CW.
Wilcox will serve as writer and executive producer for both shows.
He is creator/executive producer of ABC’s 666 Park Avenue and consulting producer on Fox’s The Following.
