The Dance of the Dragons isn’t finished yet with taking over fan’s screens worldwide. According to Screenrant, the finale of third season of House of the Dragons ended with similar fashion of intense high-stake battles and shocking twists between the two factions of House Targaryen. After the third season finale, the viewership of the fantasy series has skyrocket with having garnered over 17 million global viewers, and solidifying itself as one of HBO’s most watched show.

Reported by Screenrant, Warner Bros. Entertainment briefly made announcement that the season will becoming digital and released on K UHD Steelbook, 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD on December 1. Along with the third season’s episodes, the digitial version will have some additional features, which will includes extended episodes which will be called The House That Dragons Built, which will show behind the scenes and featurettes by the series directors, producers, and cast.

According to Screenrant, the iconic fantasy franchise this years has many upcoming projects to further expand the lore hidden in the world of Westeros, which will include the fourth and final season of House of the Dragon which is rumored for a 2028 preimier. Other titles will include a second season of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, as well as a film which will be called Aegon’s Conquest.  What truly captured the attitude of the shows is the amazing performance by the cast which consists of Eve Best (Wild Cherry, The Crown), Matt Smith (Doctor Who, Morbius), Olivia Cooke (Ready Player One, Bates Motel), and Tom Glynn-Carney (The King, Tolkein).

Fans can now pre-order the physical home release of Season 3, offering early access to exclusive bonus footage, behind-the-scenes commentary, and collectible content. The release also gives viewers the opportunity to experience never-before-seen material from the season. While awaiting the official Blu-ray release, audiences can catch up on all available seasons of House of the Dragon, currently streaming on Max.
