According to ScreenRant, Christina Voros (The Broken Tower, Child of God) speaks on Taylor Sheridan’s (Landman, Wind River) firing of the creator of the Yellowstone spinoff  Dutton Ranch. Voros is a producer on the series and talks about Chad Feehan’s (Beneath the Dark, Intimations) reported firing from the series.

As per ScreenRant, Voros, executive producer and director on the Dutton Ranch nd frequent collaborator of Sheridan’s. She began by praising  Feehan for having done “an exceptional job building a world of adversaries for Rip and Beth” in the sequel series.

According to ScreenRant, however, when it came to the “dynamics behind his departure,” she didn’t have much to share about the creator’s exit ” hasn’t come out into the world yet,” and therefore what its future looks like without Feehan “is beyond my knowledge.” For now, Voros is simply “grateful to him and his team for creating a world for these characters to move into.”

As per ScreenRant, it was mentioned that Feehan was fired from Dutton Ranch first came about in late April, when reports stated that the creator clashed with Kelly Reilly (Under Salt Marsh, Sherlock Holmes), Cole Hauser (Good Will Hunting, Dazed and Confused), Sheridan and 101 Studios’ David Glasser (Surviving Ohio State, Shortcut to Happiness) during the production of the series.

Via ScreenRant, Dutton Ranch , the series is as follows: “as Beth and Rip fight to build a future together – far from the ghosts of Yellowstone – they collide with brutal new realities and a ruthless rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire. In South Texas, blood runs deeper, forgiveness is fleeting, and the cost of survival might just be your soul.”

According to ScreenRant, this is the first time that a heridan-based project has found itself hit with behind-the-scenes creative change.  The Yellowstone franchise has proven to be one of the biggest hits over the past eight years. The franchise includes e 1883, 1923, Marshals, and 1944.

Dutton Ranch will air on Paramount+ Friday, May 15, at 8 pm ET/PT, with two episodes, and then weekly throughout the season.
