Straight from the video game and right from the Television screen, Chloe and Max come straight from Square Enix. There are tons of new mysteries to solve and discover why life is so strange!

According to Variety, the series is being adapted from Amazon Prime Video. The show was reported to be worked on in September of 2025. Only recently, Stella (My Old Ass, Nashville) and Hopkins (Meek) were announced as the lead roles.

Variety also reports the tagline for the show being “a photography student, who discovers she can rewind time while saving the life of her childhood best friend, Chloe (Stella). As she struggles to understand this new skill, the pair investigate the mysterious disappearance of a fellow student, uncovering a dark side to their town that will ultimately force them to make an impossible life or death choice that will impact them forever.” Life is Strange is reported to be written by Charlie Covell (Forget Me Not, Truelove) who also will be the producer of the show. Dmitri M. Johnson (Tomb Raider,Split Fiction), Michael Lawrence Goldberg (Ruiner, Slash House), and Timothy I. Stevenson (The Eliminator, Ruiner) are producing under the Story Kitchen Production Banner. The show is from a game that is from the minds of Square Enix.

Variety also mentions that this is the first time Hopkins will be acting with “Life Is Strange“. Originally, she was on Broadway plays like, “The Queen of Versailles” and “For the Girls.” Hopkins even starred in a short film called “Meek“.

According to Variety Stella is an established Musician, and in acting, she has been on the big screen with shows like “Nashville,” where she played Daphne Conrad. Then in her own film called, “My Own Ass” she earned a stella. She also was in two films, “Poetic License.” and “Flowervale Street”.

The video games conclusion is coming soon on March 26 2026, on Xbox and PC.
