

From the executive producers of Ted Lasso and Shrinking comes the new trailer for ABC’s Scrubs revival. “Scrub back in” for “the comedy that left you wanting more” as stated in the trailer available below.
According to mxdwn, the new reboot series starts 15 years later, after the character JD says goodbye to his position at Sacred Heart to his new job as residency director to be closer to his son. The official logline of the reboot says we “will follow JD Dorian and Christopher Turk, who scrub in together for the first time in a long time — medicine has changed, interns have changed, but their bromance has stood the test of time. Characters new and old navigate the waters of Sacred Heart with laughter, heart and some surprises along the way.”
mxdwn also noted that Zach Braff (Girls Like Girls, Clean Hands) will be returning as JD as well as Donald Faison (Home Delivery, Moon Girl and Devel Dinosaur) as Turk, Sarah Chalke (Rick and Morty, Animal Control) as Elliot and Judy Reyes (High Potential, Turtles All the Way Down) as Carla and John C. McGinley (Significant Others, Broklyn Nine-Nine) as Cox. Joining the reboot will include a few new cast members, such as, Vanessa Bayer (Hoppers, Iron Man and His Awesome Friends), Joel Kim Booster (Kpop Demon Hunters, It’s Florida, Man), Ava Bunn (Head Shot, Worked to Death), Jacob Dudman (Marvel Cosmic Invasion, Doctor Who: The New Series Adventures), Layla Mohammadi (My Love, Cursed Friends), David Gridley (FBI: International, The Rookie), and Amanda Morrow (The Devil Wears Prada 2, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit).
