Episode 4 starts with a sports news coverage of Lonnie’s victory, with Lonnie becoming popular again. We then see Lance and Natalie talking about inviting Lonnie to their engagement party and decide not to invite him, so Lance doesn’t get stressed out.

Lonnie and Sam then drive to the next Korn Ferry tournament, that he has to win in order to make it to the PGA. Lonnie starts doing great, and at the last hole, the opponent who hasn’t said anything, starts talking to him. He basically says that Lonnie isn’t going to win, and all the glory is going to him, and even brings up Lonnie’s career ending miss. Lonnie, however, makes the putt, making it to the PGA, much to the disappointment of Anton Floyd.

While at the bar, Lonnie talks with Sam about how his family hasn’t said a word about his victories and career comeback, not even Lance. Sam tells Lonnie it might be because he’s probably busy with his engagement party, which of course Lonnie didn’t know about. Sam then says the party is in Pensacola on Tuesday, and they decide to start the drive to the party to pay a visit.

After some conversation between Golden Fisk, Lance, Stacy, and other party goers, Lonnie and Sam make it to the party. While Lance is trying to give a speech about Natalie, Lonnie suddenly bursts in with a gift, and a little buzz. Lonnie then gives a little speech of his own about his son, and how he is going to make it, before being dragged off by Stacy. She then starts arguing with Lonnie about why he wasn’t invited, when Lonnie accidentally knocks over the party’s giant donut tower.

He is then kicked out of the party, and subsequently heads outside, and talks with Lance, saying he came back so he could play with Lance. Lance says he’s full of shit; the only reason he came back was because he was making a name for himself, and he’s going to kick his ass in the tournament. Lonnie and Sam then drive off in the bus, but not before Stacy throws some stuff at it.

Again, the episode was ok. The show still hasn’t gotten that incredible yet, but the show is not a terrible watch. Still a decent episode overall, not much better or worse than the previous two episodes. It’s kind of hard to describe exactly what it is, the show just doesn’t feel like it’s incredible. It feels like a show you might watch once or twice, and might not watch it again, if that makes sense?
