The final episode begins with Aggie running through the dark forest, with Niles’ words haunting her. We then see police in Aggie’s house examining the crime scene, where we learn Nile called the police to report a possible kidnapping in her home. 

Erika returns home and calls Jack to ask him to pull Madison’s suicide note from the evidence archive. Suddenly, Rick and two other masked men hold her at gunpoint, take the evidence, and tell her to forget everything she knows. 

Rick accidentally tells his brother that he helped Nile pin Teddy’s murder on Aggie, and in his devastated state, Marty suddenly collapses. At the hospital, it is revealed that he suffered from a hemorrhagic stroke. 

Agatha calls Erika from a greenhouse, and Erika pretends not to know who she is or what evidence she is talking about. Aggie then heads to the art gallery and calls 911 to tell the police she’s ready to turn herself in. Aggie then tries to plead her case with Nina, before the police show up to take her in. 

Later that night, Nile talks with Nina about Aggie turning herself in and what she said before being arrested. Nina then proceeds to explain how Madison’s suicide note was the opposite of her current mental state. She then flat-out asks if Nile killed Madison, and Nile angrily confesses to killing Maddy and Teddy. 

The next day, Nile joins Olivia to announce the agreement she made with his father. Nile goes to speak with Nina, who reveals to him that she recorded their entire confession from last night. The police then come in and arrest Nile. Rick, out of pity, kills Marty and is arrested. Later, Aggie goes to the prison to visit Nile. Nile attempts to connect with Aggie, claiming her as his accomplice in Teddy’s death.

The episode closes with Aggie narrating the final scenes. She sat with Nile for three hours before leaving. Later, Rick sets a favor with some friends in prison to kill Nile. Aggie’s book is a success, and Nina continues her life with her baby, without its father. 

The ending wasn’t anything crazy. Just Aggie basically reading her book to an audience and learning what happened with Nina, Nile dying, and meeting Shelley’s new wife. Sort of anticlimactic but deserved, so not bad. This episode was also better than the previous one. Overall, the show was pretty good; some things were a little silly, but a good watch.
