For Episode 6, we start with Nile trying to figure out what he’s going to do with Teddy. Aggie then tries to visit Brian and get ahold of him, to no avail. Aggie then steals the key to his apartment and investigates, finding some papers that mention Nile and Madison, and the hard drive. Erika then catches Aggie.
Aggie tells her about the proof that Nile murdered Maddy and the hard drive. They watch the video, where Aggie finally learns that Teddy is still alive.
Martin Jarvis reaches out to Olivia to offer her a deal, to talk in person alone, after Olivia’s protestors rioted (all set up by the Jarvis family). Oliva arrives at the Jarvis home, where Martin tells her the proposal regarding one square block of land they have banked uptown. Olivia catches on to the staged riot, but accepts the deal due to the publicity she gained from it.

Aggie heads back home to find Nile standing outside. Nile asks if she wants to see the path in the woods, and she reluctantly agrees to check it out. When the two get to the location, Nile talks about trust and how the book is coming along. He asks Aggie if she thinks he killed Maddy at the end of the book, before getting a call from Carol. Aggie heads back to her house to try to call Erika. It goes to voicemail, so she calls the FBI directly to speak with Erika, but can’t get through either. After she hangs up the phone, she checks her transcript to find the title changed and notes from Nile throughout.
Finally, Nile calls her and asks how her call with Carol went. Nile tells Aggie he had high hopes for the two of them, and he did consider her a friend. Aggie checks upstairs to find Teddy’s corpse in a room.
This was another pretty good episode. They got the twist of Nile placing Teddy’s body in Aggie’s house, because that was something you didn’t expect, even at the beginning when Nile tried to figure out what to do with Teddy. It was handled better than the twist of Nile being the murderer, because it was less obvious that he would do that with Teddy. Overall, the show is still pretty good.
