Previously on Prime Video’s Sterling Point, Ramona asks Joe to sign a form to take away the guardianship, but he chooses not to. At the end of the episode, we saw Ramona asking Steven to take a DNA test because she believes he’s her biological father. 

The episode begins with a glimpse of Annie spending her last few days with everyone at Sterling Point. Meanwhile, Ramona is anxiously waiting for the DNA results to come back. While she’s checking the mail, Ramona receives the test results, and they come back as a match. She now knows that her biological father is Steven. She and Steven tell  Annie and Connor the news, but neither takes it well. 

Ramona tells Oona that she’d possibly want to form some kind of relationship with Steven. Oona is a little bothered by that, confused as to why Ramona would want that after everything Steven’s said and done. Oona planned to have Ramona live with her  and Maple during the winter, but Oona’s worried that Ramona might want to live in New York instead. Ramona says that Oona’s just scared that she’s going to leave her just like her mom did. Oona shuts down, says harsh things, and immediately breaks up with Ramona.

Later, Ramona tells Sully and Connor about the breakup. Connor tries to use her emotions to his advantage to convince her to sell the property. He tells her that Denise already has an offer. She spends all day and the next morning thinking about it before going to Annie. Ramona decides she wants to sell the island. Annie is shocked and doesn’t think it’s a good idea. But Ramona reminds her that Annie promised her that she’d do anything she wanted, so Annie has no choice but to let Ramona make the big decision. When Annie goes to bed, she reminisces about what her life would’ve been like in Sterling Point with Goldie. 

In the morning, Annie wakes up Ramona, telling her she can’t do it. She tells her sister that she needs Sterling Point to learn more about Goldie, and she feels that their mom would want them there together. Ramona makes Annie feel guilty by telling her that she’s now “stuck here” because Annie doesn’t want to sell. 

Connor gets a call from the adoption center saying that his biological mother would like to meet with him. 

Annie talks to Joe, and he tells her that Goldie’s heart condition caused her great pain the night she gave birth to Ramona. She ended up having an emergency C-section but never made it out of surgery. After hearing that, Annie runs home to find Ramona. Meanwhile, Steven says goodbye to Ramona, and she hugs him.
