

The highly anticipated spin-off to The Legend of Vox Machina, focusing on the beloved Mighty Nein campaign, officially has a release date. According to Screenrant, the plot follows a disparate group of individuals through a series of chaotic and humorous events which will form the titled group. Their journey takes them across the continent of Wildemount, as they confront ancient evils, grapple with personal demons and preventing the world being plunge into chaos.
We will see the beloved group behind the campaign, Critical Role, voicing their characters. The cast includes: Travis Willingham (Avengers Assemble, Sonic Boom) as Fjord, Laura Bailey (Soul Eater, Fruits Basket) as Jester, Marisha Ray (Narrative Telephone, Exandria Unlimited) as Beau, Sam Riegel (Blue Exorcist, Star Wars: The Bad Batch) as Nott, Liam O’Brien (Naruto, Tiger & Bunny) as Caleb, Taliesin Jaffe (Candela Obscura, 4-Sided Dive) as Molly and Ashley Johnson (The Last of Us, Blindspot) as Yaksha.
According to Screenrant, we can also expect the famous dungeon master, Matt Mercer (Sakamoto’s Day, Jojo Bizzarre Adeventure) in several voiced NPCs that will interact with the group.

According to Screenrant, a sneak peak of the series was posted on instagram which shows the group in jail cell being interrogated by the towns guards for the crimes of releasing an unknown creature and blowing up property. Additional cast members were announced at the this years Comic-con which will include Robbie Daymond (Devil May Cry, Spider-Man), Mark Strong (The King’s Man, Cruella) and Anika Noni (The Princess and the Frog, The Quad).
According to Screenrant, this series will feature the same mix of rich humor, exciting combat, and heartfelt emotion from the Critical Role team that contributed to their previous series’ success. Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of The Mighty Nein series, scheduled for November 19. This gives them something to look forward to between the fourth and fifth seasons of Vox Machina.
