Waas Stevens joins the cast on the period drama written by, starring and directed by Ed Burns.
The star from The Wrestler and House of Cards has joined the cast of Public Morals. The drama is set in 1967 in New York City and it centers the Public Morals Division. The cops walk here on the fine line between criminality and morality as different temptations that get the best of them. The drama shows Terry Muldoon (Burns) who is determined to raise his sons to be honest despite the fact that he knows how fine is the line between the good guys and the bad guys.
Waas Stevens’ credits include Brooklyn’s Finest and World Trade Center. He will play the role of Vince Latucci, a senior of the force who grew up on the streets of Little Italy.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the executive producers of Public Morals are Ed Burns and Steven Spielberg alongside Darryl Frank, Justin Falvey and Aaron Lubin.
