Bravo Media has green lit Top Chef Extreme (working title), a new culinary competition putting past contestants against one another.
According to Deadline, the new reality competition will put past Top Chef competitors against one another. Every episode will put two past season competitors from Top Chef and Top Chef Masters in three rounds of extreme culinary challenges. Contestants have yet to be chosen.
Magical Elves produce the competition for Bravo. Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz will executive produce. Bravo hails from NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment.
It is scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2014. Who will be the ultimate Top Chef?
