Justin Chatwin of Shameless will star in a new pilot titled Breed, on TNT.
TNT’s new supernatural drama, Breed, is set in the Pacific Northwest. The show revolves around a string of murders and the mysterious creatures who may be at fault. Chatwin plays a detective dealing with not only serial killers, but his own mental instability. As Chatwin’s character, Cooper Wells, begins his new job as detective, he realizes that to be successful he needs to become allies with a skilled assassin named Ruby. Hoping for a new case, Cooper Wells might just be faced with more than he bargained for.
The Hollywood Reporter has learned that the pilot will be written and executive produced by John Scott Shepherd (Save Me) along with Nicky Weinstock and Scott Winant.
