Several Titmouse Animation employees have lost their homes in the Eaton and Palisades fires. The official Titmouse Animation account posted the news via X, Instagram and Facebook.
Their message on all platforms remains the same: “Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the devastating fires in Los Angeles. Many of our employees and friends have lost their homes and could use your help recovering and rebuilding.” A GoFundMe list per Airtable was provided on all the socials. The text concluded, “Every dollar helps. The animation community truly appreciates all of your kindness, generosity and support.” Read the X post below and click the link to read, donate or share the different links.
54 links were provided for the animators, families and friends of Titmouse Animation employees. Although few goals have been met, the animation studio reaches out for help to raise money for what was lost. People interested in donating can also read a description of the families’, friends’ or employees’ needs and familiarize themselves with the individuals’ characters. The individuals impacted by the fires now have to rebuild their lives and Titmouse advocates for those affected.
Titmouse Animation has worked on various projects including, but not limited to, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Among Us, Jentry Chau vs. The Underworld, StuGo, The Legend of Vox Machina, Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy and various others. Per NBC, the Santa Ana Winds caused the Palisades fire, which is expected to increase until Wednesday in the Los Angeles area. The Palisades fire has killed 24 people and burned 23,000 acres, and is only 14% contained. During this time, Titmouse Animation makes the smart decision to take action to support its company’s loved ones and employees.
