‘The Wheel of Time’ Season Two’s Official Key Art Has Just Been Released By Prime Video

The second season of The Wheel of Time, an Amazon Original series, has just released new key art for the series. According to Prime Video Amazon Studios, the original series will be released only on Prime Video and will be available to over 240 different countries and territories globally on September 1st, 2023. The show is a co-production of Sony Pictures Television Studios and Amazon Studios and is part of great watches you get with Amazon and its many services.

Wheel of Time is based on Robert Jordan’s (The Eye of The World) best-selling fantasy books about Rand al’Thor, played by Josha Stradowski (Gran Turismo), who learns that he is what they call The Dragon Reborn who is a dangerous figment that is prophesized to either save the world or lead it to its ruins. In order to secure his safety, especially from the Dark One, a great female army face on the danger head on despite his rising power and growing madness.

In season two, our young protagonists face old and new dangers from the Two Rivers. The women who were their protectors are now in need of help as they have lost their strength, and must find a new way to regain their force once more.

Wheel of Time  stars Rosamund Pike (Gone GirlI Care a Lot) in the role of Moiraine Damodred, Zoë Robins (Power Rangers Ninja Steel) as Nynaeve al’Meara, Madeleine Madden (Dora and the Lost City of Gold) as Egwene al’Vere, Ceara Coveney (Young Wallander) as Elayne Trakand, Marcus Rutherford (Obey) as Perrin Aybara, Dónal Finn (Rogue Heroes) as Mat Cauthon, and Daniel Henney (Criminal Minds) as Lan Mandragoran. Rosamund Pike also acts as a co-producer, alongside executive producers Larry Mondragon and Rick Selvage of iwot productions (Winter Dragon), Ted Field of Radar Pictures (Jumanji: The Next Level, Winter Dragon), Darren Lemke (Shazam!, Goosebumps, Winter Dragon), and more.
