The Voice UK is bringing in the ratings!
After airing the season two finale on BBC One on Saturday, the British singing competition notes its increase in ratings. The Hollywood Reporter shows the final numbers for the competition’s finale, bringing in an average audience of 7.2 million. This number has slightly increased from the 7.1 million who watched the season one finale.
The Voice UK stills trails behind Simon Cowell’s ITV hit Britain’s Got Talent, which reported 11.1 million viewers for its finale that aired earlier this month. Britain’s Got Talent is currently Britain’s highest-rated show of the year.
Judges will.i.am, Jessie J, Tom Jones and Danny O’Donoghue will all return for the third season of the Voice UK.
