

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the second season of 1923 will conclude with a two-hour final event. This is double its usual running time, and it will be released on April 6. The season finale is titled “A Dream and A Memory,” and follows a killing spree that started in the previous episode.
The previous episode titled “The Mountain Teeth of Monsters,” concluded with a large body count of characters who are now dead. The death count includes one Dutton member, two villains who were killed and a couple who froze to death while helping Alexandra Dutton.
1923 is a prequel to Yellowstone and follows the story of the Dutton family. In the series, the Dutton family deals with prohibition, drought, the early stages of the Great Depression and family matters. All episodes of the second season are written by creator Taylor Sheridan (Sicario) and directed by Ben Richardson (Those Who Wish Me Dead).
The cast of the series includes Harrison Ford (Raiders of the Lost Ark) as Jacob Dutton, Helen Mirren (Moriarty: The Silent Order) as Cara Dutton, Brandon Sklenar (Green and Gold) as Spencer Dutton, Sebastian Roche (The Man in the High Castle) as Father Renaud, Darren Mann (The Minute You Wake up Dead) as Jack Dutton, Aminah Nieves (The Demon of Dumbo) as Teonna Rainwater, Michelle Randolph (Landman) as Elizabeth Strafford, Julia Schlaepfer (American Horror Stories) as Alexandra Dutton, Brian Geraghty (The Hurt Locker) as Zane Davis, Jerome Flynn (Game of Thrones) as Banner Creighton, Isabel May (Alexa & Katie) as Elsa Dutton, Caleb Martin (Don’t Say My Name) as Dennis and many others.
The logline for the finale of the second season is as follows: “Jacob and his crew eagerly await Spencer’s return at the train station. Teonnahas a fateful run in. Alexandra braves the cold.”
As per The Hollywood Reporter, Brandon Sklenar (Vice) stated that he always knew how the series would end. “It was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever read in my life, truly,” he previously informed The Hollywood Reporter about the season two finale.
1923 is available to stream on Paramount+.
