Television’s favorite nanny is back. The American sitcom The Nanny starring Fran Drescher (Hotel Transylvania) is now available to stream in its entirety on HBO Max, as reported by Vulture.
One of the biggest sitcoms of the 90s which aired on CBS from 1993-1999, Drescher starred as Fran Fine, a fashionista woman from Flushing, Queens, who becomes a nanny for an upper-class British family in New York City. The series ran for a total of six seasons with 146 episodes. Since The Nanny went off the air, it’s been nearly impossible to stream it anywhere. HBO Max is now changing all that.
Drescher made several announcements about the show’s arrival to HBO Max on both her Twitter and Instagram on April 1, writing, “Oh Boy!!! This is not an April Fool’s joke. You can finally stream all episodes of The Nanny on HBO Max today Sign up now. Link in bio”
