We are one week away from the epic conclusion of Prime Video’s The Boys. Billy Butcher and his compatriots have been through so much and now we get to see it all come to a close. In fact, one of the actors of the series might have an idea as to how the series will end.
For those who don’t know, The Boys is a series that tells a story revolving around superheroes under a different light. Instead of being heroic and just, they are instead corrupt and immoral. The heroes are regarded as celebrities and the worst of them all is, Homelander. However, trying to stop them is a group of individuals known as ‘The Boys.’ Throughout the season ‘The Boys’ have had near death experiences when it came to Homelander and the other superheroes but they never gave up.
According to ScreenRant, one of the actors, Jack Quaid (God of War: Sons of Sparta, My Adventures with Superman) who plays Hughie Campbell was on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and gave this statement on how he believed the series will end, “‘No, in no way. No, it’s The Boys. It’s not going to be a fairytale ending in any regard. This is the final season, and we really do mean that. There are characters, I won’t say who, who meet their end, and it’s crazy, it’s really, really nuts.’ Quaid told Jimmy Fallon, ‘and it was emotional. I’m covered in blood a lot on the show, and it was so weird to be covered in blood and various goos, and then to just like also be emotional about that, where I’m like, ‘I’m really gonna miss this,’ and I’m just drenched head to toe. But it’s just been the honor of my life, I truly love the show and everyone involved.'”
The final season will premiere on April 8, 2026. It’s not too late to binge all four seasons of the show before the main event.
