“Teen Wolf” Twins Cast in HBO’s “Leftovers”

Identical twins Charlie and Max Carver, best known for their roles on Desperate Housewives, have been cast as series regulars in the Leftovers. HBO’s high-profile project from Damon Lindelof explores the world in the aftermath of the Rapture, focusing on those left behind.

The series’ main character is police chief Kevin Garvey (Justin Theroux). He is father of two, and the Carver twins will play friends of his daughter. As Scott (Charlie) and Adam (Max) Frost, their “laid-back demeanor [will bring] levity to a dark world,” via Deadline.

This news comes after last week’s announcement that Liv Tyler would be making her television debut on the series, in addition to other casting news that includes names from Christopher Eccleston to Ann Dowd.

Charlie and Max Carver can currently be seen as Alpha werewolves Ethan and Aiden on Teen Wolf. There has been no word yet on how the Leftovers will impact their future involvement in the MTV series.
