Aaron Korsh (Pearson, The Story of the Royals), creator of the series Suits has seen an unbelievable amount of success since the series came to streaming on Netflix. The series originally aired on network television in June 2011 via USA, but has seen great success recently. According to TVLine, even in lieu of the success, a revival of any sort of Suits is highly unlikely to come to fruition.
Suits has been available on Peacock and Netflix since June this year and has hosted all seasons other than the ninth, combined. The engaging legal dramedy has completely dominated the Neilsen streaming gauge this year and has acquired billions of weekly minutes of viewer time.
With the sudden rise of viewership of Suits, a revival or spin-off has been speculated but Korsh gave reason to why it is not likely. Korsh stated that it would be “no small thing” to create a revival. And that’s if he even wants to create a revival, let alone the thought of any cast.
Korsh continued in an X post with, “Let me say right off that there is no #Suits reboot or anything in the works. Strike would have to end, some network or streamer would have to reach out and then we would have to collectively want to. Which is no small thing….”

Well, it would take a few things. The first two of which would be the strike would have to end and then someone from some network or streamer would have to want to. Then, we’d all have to think about it…

Korsh went on to explain that even if a streamer or network were to reach out that he “would consider it but it’s not [his] priority creatively.”
According to TVLine, a fan even reached out noting that reboots hardly ever work and that the anonymous fan thinks that USA “wrapped up everything beautifully,” in regards to the final episode of Suits. Korsh agreed with the fans statement via X.
Korsh has received some backlash in regards of Suits, some have claimed that Suits is a think piece with too many episodes that sort of falls flat. But, Korsh made a statement that he is “proud of it and it’s dominating. What more can I ask?”
