‘Stranger Things’ Vol Two Episode Runtimes Revealed

With only two days left until the premiere of Stranger Things Volume two, one of the Duffer Brothers, Ross Duffer (Stranger Things, Hidden) has given us some knowledge on the runtimes of the new episodes. Make sure you’re all caught up for the main event.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the second volume will consist of three episodes. The episodes will each be an hour long. The fifth episode will be called “Shock Jock” with a runtime of one hour and eight minutes, the sixth episode will be called “Escape From Camazotz” with a runtime of one hour and fifteen minutes, and the seventh episode will be called “The Bridge” with a runtime of one hour and six minutes. Each of the episodes will bring the audience many emotions as we watch these characters in the next installment of the series. The Duffer Brothers had this to say when it came to the final episodes of Stranger Things, “‘at the end of the day, what people care about are the characters. Ross and I also love monsters and action. You do try to do both’ said Matt Duffer. ‘The sweet spot for us, that I always reference, is the ‘Dear Billy’ episode, where you have two things climaxing at the same time. You’re having this visual effects spectacle reaching a crescendo at the same time that Max’s character is reaching an emotional crescendo. If you can have those two collide simultaneously, that’s the ultimate.'”

The cast consists of Millie Bobby Brown (The Electric State, Enola Holmes 2) as Eleven, Finn Wolfhard (The Legend of Ochi, Saturday Night) as Mike Wheeler, Gaten Matarazzo (Haunted Hotel, Animal Farm) as Dustin Henderson, Noah Schnapp (The Turor, Hubie Halloween) as Will Byers, Caleb McLaughlin (The Book off Clarence, The Deliverance) as Lucas Sinclair, Winona Ryder (Bettlejuice Beeetlejuice, Gone in the Night) as Joyce Byers, David Harbour (Creature Commandos, Thunderbolts*) as Jim Hopper, Charlie Heaton (Billy Knight, No Future) as Johnathan Byers, Joe Keery (The American Revolution, Marmalade) as Steve Harrington, Natalia Dyer (All Fun and Games, Based on a True Story) as Nancy Wheeler, Sadie Sink (O’Dessa, A Sacrifice) as Max Mayfield, Priah Ferguson (My Dad the Bounty Hunter, Hamster & Gretel) as Erica Sinclair, Maya Hawke (Inside Out 2, The American Revolution) as Robin Buckley, Brett Gelman (Haunted Heist, Lady in the Lake) as Murray, and Jamie Campbell Bower (Emmanuelle, Witchboard) as Vecna.

All that’s left to do now is wait for Volume Two to drop on December 25, 2025. Don’t forget the finale will not only be streamable on Netflix December 31, 2025, but it will also be in select theaters on the same day and January 1, 2026.
