The post credit scene of the Fallout’s second season has certainly grabbed the attention of viewers worldwide, and will have major impact on the approaching third season. According to Screenrant, the scene shifts back to the Brotherhood of Steel, focusing on Quintus, portrayed by Michael Cristofer (The Night Clerk, Original Sin). Once an advocate for peace, Quintus is now driven by a desire for destruction and has developed a blueprint for a massive mech called Liberty Prime Alpha.
Reported by Screenrant, the series screenwriter, Jonathan Nolan (Westworld, Interstellar) and showrunner, Todd Howard (Starfield, Gameplay) talk with Decider about what their plan is for the series future,” It’s always a fun idea, you have all these wonderful storylines and to figure out what’s the last little morsel to leave the audience with. I, for one — and Todd, I think we share this — have a big affection for giant robots. I just love giant robots. And so the prospect of it is a little daunting, trying to figure out how we’re going to do it. But the prospect of figuring out how to bring Liberty Prime Alpha to life on the screen is something I’m very excited about.”
In accordance with Screenrant, every new season of Fallout release, has Lucy, played by Ella Purnell (Arcane, Yellowjackets), Maximus, played by Aaron Moten (Father Stu, Disjointed) and The Ghoul, played Walton Googins (Sons of Anarchy, The White Lotus) face to face with a new faction in the wasteland. The new faction set to make its debut in the third season is the Enclave, an influential group of wealthy individuals determined to reshape the world according to their vision.
This is just one of the hints unveiled in the season two finale, as the trio will confidently journey from the barren landscapes of California to the vibrant expanses of Colorado looking for answers. While waiting on further news on the production of the third season, both the first and second season of Fallout are available to stream on Prime Video.
