The final season of Netflix’s popular series, Stranger Things has finally solved long mystery that regarding Will, played by Noah Schnapp (Hubie Halloween, The Tutor) , who wasn’t just another victim of the Upside Down, but being a tether. State by Screenrant, the theory originated back in the second season, where it was revealed that Will was the one that created the tunnels under Hawkins, this weaken the city and made it easier for creatures such as the Mind Flayer and the Demodogs to enter.
Reported by Screenrant, Will uses his connection to his advantage by locating other targets of Vecna, played by Jamie Campbell Bower (Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, Witchboard) and to rescue them. His powers soon evolved with him able to psychillay target and destroy numerous Demogorgon. Fans see more of his powers as he was able to temporarily take over Vecna’s Mind, and to let Max, played by Sadie Sink (Fear Street Part One: 1994, The Whale) and Holly, played by Nell Fisher (Evil Dead Rise, Bookworm) to escape from the mind prison.
According to Screenrant, the second volume also reveals the true nature of the Upside Down, which wasn’t an alternative dimension, but a wormhole connecting Hawkins to the parallel world called the Abyss. Vecna will be using the other kids he capture in a similar way, in order to complete his master plan into reshaping the world to his own vision. The final battle of the series will be treacherous and will amp up the pressure with the group facing obstacles in their mission to save home.
The final volume is poised to deliver a thrilling and satisfying conclusion to the beloved series, ensuring that good triumphs over evil. The two volumes of the final season for Stranger Things are available to stream on Netflix, with the final volume scheduled for December 31.
