*Spoiler* ‘Agatha All Along’ Hints Rio’s True Identity And The Real Green Witch In Latest Episode

*Spoiler*

According to Screenrant, one of the best within the mystical Marvel series, Agatha All Along, is the mystery behind the identity of the so-called green witch, Rio Vidal, played by Aubrey Plaza (The White Lotus), who had some history with Agatha, played by Kathryn Hahn (Bad Mom). Rio first makes her appearance in the show’s first episode, in which she tries to snap Agatha out of the spell she was under, and once she does, she tries to kill her. The group then summoned her onto the Witches’ Road in the fourth episode.

According to Screenrant, many theories have speculated that Rio’s true identity is the cosmic being Lady Death. This theory is hinted at in episode four, when the group takes on the second trial, and she mentions to Agatha that once she kills the others, she gets their bodies. The other hints within the series that help support the theory is the midseason trailer, where Rio states, “All roads lead to me,” which could symbolize that all things will die eventually.

According to Screenrant, viewers had believed that Rio was the green witch from the black heart that Lilia, played by Patti LuPone (Glee), had written down, along with the rest of the names of the group. But now, with new evidence, they believe that William Kaplan/Billy Maximoff, played by Joe Locke (Heartstopper), is the green witch.

It was revealed in the latest episode that William Kaplan had died when he and his parents tried to outrun the Westview anomaly, and Billy’s soul entered his body. Further evidence is that Lilia was the person who had created the sigil and put it into Billy’s jacket pocket, and since the sigil affects the witch that cast it, she wrote down a black heart instead of his name. All current episodes of Agatha All Along are available to stream on Disney+, with new episodes released every Wednesday.
