Spoiler ‘Agatha All Along’ Finale Reveals Astonishing Truth Behind The Creation Of The Witches’ Road

*Spoiler*

The two-part finale of the mystical Marvel series Agatha All Along has dropped huge reveal on the show’s major setting, The Witches’ Road. According to Comicbook, the road has been a major topic throughout the series, in which Agatha, played by Kathryn Hahn (Bad Mom), says that it gives the witches what they want most, but later that it was all a myth fabricated by herself to steal the powers of the witches that she recruited throughout the centuries to be in her so-called “coven.” This was hinted back in the fourth episode in which Rio, aka Death, played by Aubrey Plaza (Parks and Rec), said to Agatha, “You get your powers and I get bodies.”

According to Comicbook, it was revealed in the eighth episode of the series that the road was a construct created by Billy’s imagination, played by Joe Locke (Heartstopper), which he made into reality. This was shown with a quick flashback to the first episode in which the group sang the “Ballad of The Witches’ Road” and summoned the door, which shocked Agatha. There were several references shown in Billy’s room that explained the extent of Billy’s power, such as a picture of a sunset, which symbolizes the first trial, an Ouija board, which is the fourth trial and a wicked witch figurine for the divination trial.

The series ends with Agatha, now a ghost, and Billy shutting down his construct, leaving a memorial with the names of the fallen. The audience also sees Jennifer, played by Sasheer Zamata (Saturday Night Live), whose powers are restored, flying into the unknown. According to Comicbook, the finale hints at a future series in which Billy and Agatha now partake as a duo coven in an impossible mission to find Tommy.
