Showtime has renewed The L Word: Generation Q for its third season, according to Variety. The second season aired between August and October 2021, and the third season is expected to air later in 2022.
Based on the series The L Word, which premiered in 2004, The L Word: Generation Q follows the same group of friends facing similar difficulties with love and dating as lesbians and bisexuals in Los Angeles. The series stars Jennifer Beals (Flashdance), Leisha Hailey (Bette Porter), Katherine Moennig (Ray Donovan), Arienne Mandi (Baja), Leo Sheng (The Matrix Resurrection), and Jacqueline Toboni (Grimm).
Like its previous season, the third season will consist of 10 episodes. However, no information regarding a release date has been announced.
