A new trailer has been released for the upcoming season of Starz’s Shining Vale, according to ew.com. In addition to the trailer, a new poster was revealed on X (formerly Twitter). In the post, a zoom shot is used to reveal a group of characters who all sport similar white masks adorned with fake smiles. However, Courtney Cox stands apart, having courageously discarded her mask. Above, words start to glitch and appear saying, “Don’t be Hysterical”.

The trailer shows us a glimpse into what is in store for the Phelps Family.Season two of Shining Vale is set to take place on October 13 on Starz. It will focus on the perspective and journey of Patricia Phelps, who is played by Courtney Cox. Following the events from the previous season, Patrica has just been release from the psychiatric hospital, and she returns back to her home where she tries to repair her broken family. Additionally, a mysterious woman, by the name of Rosemary is revealed, and it would seem that she will have a major impact on Patricia and her broken family.
According to EW, the second season promises to delve deep into the perspective of the other members of the Phelps family, as they struggle with their daily life while being haunted by supernatural entities. Furthermore, Pat is fighting her own battle with her mental health and her inner demons, while simultaneously trying to get herself and her family’s life back to normal.
With its tantalizing blend of psychological horror, supernatural mysteries, and a deeply complex central character, the trailer for season two of Shining Vale leaves fans counting down the days with anticipation. It promises to be a season filled with both internal and external turmoil, exploring the fine line between sanity and the supernatural.
