Shahs of Sunset, a Ryan Seacrest Productions reality series, has been renewed for another season on Bravo.
This reality shows surrounds the everyday lives of Iranian-Americans residing in Beverly Hills.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, season four last premiered in March. There was a two-part reunion for the show which helped Bravo earn it’s best Monday in primetime since February 2014.
1.6 million total viewers tuned in to the June 8 episode, with 926,000 in the adults 18-49 demographic.
The last season was supposed to end in October, but Bravo and Ryan Seacrest Productions had denied the crew a union contract. The post-production crew then went on strike, and this ultimately led to the delayed fourth season. Ending the strike a month later was an agreeable union contract. Production was quickly brought back to pace and the fourth season finished in March.
Shahs of Sunset airs on Bravo on Mondays at 8 p.m.
