According to ScreenRant, Crunchyroll has recently confirmed that season two of the popular Manhwa Tower of God finally has release window. Although the series only had 12 episodes when it aired its first season in 2020, it left many fans wanting more of the dark fantasy series based on a highly popular WEBTOON series that has been ongoing since 2010. Almost four years after the first season aired, season two of the series is scheduled to premiere in July 2024.

Tower of God follows the story of Twenty-Fifth Bam who decides to journey up a mysterious tower in search of his best friend Rachel by all means. Before leaving him and entering the tower, Rachel tells Bam to forget about her. He decides to ignore these wishes and enter the tower himself. The tower itself is filled with many floors and even continents each with their geography, language, and culture. To rise higher in the tower, candidates who enter go through many skillful tests. At each level, the trials that Bam goes through challenge his strength, skills, and wit.
According to ScreenRant, season two of the series could potentially span 24 episodes. The teaser for the series showcases that it may be adapting the Return of The Prince and Workshop Battle arcs. The success that Tower of God generated helped pave the way for many more Korean Manwha series to get adapted into animes.
Season two of Tower of God will air on Crunchyroll in July 2024. Other popular manhwa animes on the streamer include Noblesse, Why Raeliana Ended Up At The Duke’s Mansion, The God Of High School, and many others.
