Sacha Baron Cohen has done it again. In his second episode of Who is America? he was able to make Georgia lawmaker and republican state representative Jason Spencer look terrible and completely unprofessional. Cohen was dressed in his fake anti-terror expert character Captain Erran Morad. Yes, previous it was Colonel but in this segment it was Captain. In the episode, he is able to convince Spencer to do multiple ridiculous things without seemingly batting an eye. To ward off terrorists Cohen (in character) got him to: snap upskirt pictures of people in burkas, shout racist slurs, and drop his pants and use his bare butt to scare off terrorists.
Here is the video:
When the two first meet Cohen tells Spencer, “I was not in the Mossad for 13 years. I here to teach you Krav Maga.” The Mossad is the Israeli Defense Force and Krav Maga is their fighting style. With him telling Spencer that he was not in the Mossad for 13 years, he is telling Spencer “this is all fake.” However, based off of the rest of the video Spencer does not realize this.
In the first instance that the two talk about is being able to spot a terrorist in a burka. Cohen gives him a phone in a selfie stick, tells him to pretend that he is Chinese, and take pictures underneath their skirt. He also shows him example pictures. In the first few you see only legs and underwear and in the last one there is a gun. During this, Spencer does not say a thing about being able to see other people’s private areas. He instead stays silent and nodes his head in agreement. They then go on to the exercise. During the exercise, Spencer tries to act like his belief of what a stereotypical Chinese tourist does. He fakes his Chinese, by just trying to sound Chinese. He even uses the word Konnichi Wa which is actually the Japanese word and it is used as a greeting. He also says Ho Chi Minh City which is in Vietnam. He then ends his impersonation with saying “Red Dragon, chopstick. Sushi, Sushi.”
The next one is about protecting yourself from being kidnapped. Cohen (still in character) asks Spencer, “”You have two seconds to attract attention. How do you attract attention?” Spencer replies with saying “You start screaming, you take your clothes off.” (If you need help do not take your clothes off).
Cohen then continues with saying, “In America, there is one forbidden word. It is the N-word. Now, I’m going to be the terrorist. You have three seconds to attract attention. Go!” Spencer then starts shouting as loud as he possibly can the n-word four times before Cohen stops him and says, “Are you crazy? The N-word is ‘noony,’ not this word. This word is disgusting.” Spencer’s only reply is, “Got it.”
In wake of this Governor of Georgia Nathan Deal released a statement on Twitter saying this:
The actions and language used by Jason Spencer are appalling and offensive. There is no excuse for this type of behavior, ever, and I am saddened and disgusted by it.

Also, House Speaker David Ralston even asked Spencer to resign soon after the episode ended. He stated, “Representative Spencer has disgraced himself and should resign immediately. Georgia is better than this.” There are also a plethora of others asking for him to resign as well.
But it does not end there. Cohen also gets Spencer to pull down his pants and chase him around the gym because terrorist are, “scared of being seen as homo.”

Spencer also even films “a message to terrorists.” In this little clip he also uses racial slurs calling them sand n-word and threatens to cut their dicks off an shove them in their mouths. He also commences to actually do it with a dummy.
[UPDATE] Jason Spencer has announced that he will be resigning as Georgia state lawmaker. He is a republican that represented the Woodbine, which is in southeast Georgia. He was pranked by comedian Sacha Baron Cohen (read below section) believing that he was an Israeli anti-terrorism expert. Cohen got Spencer to believe that committing racist slurs and dropping his pants would protect him against terrorists. According to the letter that was released by Georgia House Speaker David Ralston, Spencer’s resignation will take effect on July 31st.
