It would seem that the gang of the I.M.P association are returning soon back on the scene in the approaching third season of Prime Video’s animated series, Helluva Boss, following their popular Hazbin Hotel crossover. According to Comicbook, the trailer transform the usual chaotic atmosphere into a more soap opera, meaning the third season is sure to be fill with more emotional moments between the group with the most noticable the relationship of Blitzø, voiced by Brandon Rogers (Magic Funhouse!, Blame the Hero) and Stolas, voiced by Bryce Pinkham (Mercy Street, The Blacklist)
As Stolas grapples with the harsh reality of his banishment and the stripping away of his aristocratic title, he undergoes a profound crisis of identity, left to question who he truly is once his noble status is gone.
Stated by Comicbook, another scene within the trailer that has captured the audience’s attention was about Millie, voiced by Vivian Nixon (Hubie Halloween, Station 19) dealing with her pregnancy, which was shocking major reveal back in the finale of the previous season and her choice to hide it from Moxxie, voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz (Invader Zim, Billy & Mandy). We will also see more appearance of Loona, voiced by Erica Lindbeck (Devil May Cry, Fate/Grand Carnival).
Reported by Comicbook, along with the newly release trailer, Prime Video has also released the first season three song, “(I Don’t Want To Be) Nobody’s BayBay,” giving fans a musical preview of what’s ahead and has taken over social media. Along with its main emotional scenes, the series naturally features touches of comedy, showing the team balance their daily jobs of fulfilling sinners’ requests with eliminating targets on Earth.
The first part of the third season is scheduled for release on October 14, while the second part, which currently lacks a confirmed date is slated for 2027. In the meantime, fans can stream previous seasons of Helluva Boss on Prime Video.
