Quibi Picks Up Andy Cohen Animated Series: ‘The Andy Cohen Diaries’

Quibi has been awfully busy lately adding exciting new content to the lineup in preparation for their much-anticipated spring 2020 premiere.  The latest of these additions is the animated series The Andy Cohen Diaries which is said to chronicle the iconic and untold moments from Cohen’s daily life.

Cohen’s New York Times best-selling books, The Andy Cohen Diaries and “Superficial: More Adventures from the Andy Cohen Diaries,” document roughly three years of his whirlwind life as a producer and TV host and the animated series is said to be the next installment of his on-going series, and as always, in his own candid words.

Regarding the upcoming series, Cohen said, “I’m so excited to start writing more adventures in my diaries, and animated, short installments represent the perfect format to bring these to life.”

Based loosely off of “The Andy Warhol Diaries”, Cohen’s new show will be a tell-all of sorts as he shares his most recent adventures, including irreverent celebrity encounters, behind the scenes of his shows, nights out on the town, and the trials and tribulations of first-time fatherhood.

Cohen, however, isn’t the only one to be jumping into the animated game with Quibi; Will Arnett and his company, Electric Avenue, alongside digital media company ATTN:, are also creating a daily adult-animation show, Your Daily Horoscope.  It’s said to feature 12 colorful animals that will represent the different signs of the zodiac and will serve as part of Quibi’s Daily Essentials news and lifestyle programming.

Arnett said in statement, “We’re so excited to be part of this unique show.  The odds of it coming together were astronomical… but I suppose it was written in the stars.” Arnett is represented by WME, Artists First and Kovert Creative.

Cohen is represented by Creative Artists Agency and Arnett is represented by WME, Artists First and Kovert Creative.
