‘Queen Charlotte’ Becomes One of Netflix’s Most Popular Series of All Time

According to DeadlineQueen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story received 158.68 million hours viewed, coming in at number one among the Netflix’s English-language television series. It has garnered 307 million hours viewed in total since its release on May 4. It is quickly becoming one of Netflix’s most popular series of all time.

Number ten on Netflix’s list of most popular series is Inventing Annawith 511 million hours viewed in its first 28 days. Queen Charlotte will likely meet that threshold with 16 more days in the 28-day window. If the series surpasses the threshold it will be joining both seasons of Bridgerton. Both seasons of Bridgerton amassed 600 million hours viewed in the first 28-days of being on the service.

Queen Charlotte‘s viewership is significant as the series consists of only six one-hour long episodes. All other series that have made the all-time most popular list contain at least eight episodes.

Seasons one and two of Bridgerton were back on Netflix’s Top 10 last week due to the debut of Queen Charlotte. Season one of Bridgerton received 23.88 million hours viewed, coming in at number five, and season two received 17.25 million hours viewed, coming in at number nine.

Along with Bridgerton and Queen Charlotte, Netflix’s Top 10 of last week included season two of Firefly Lane at number two with 31.9 million hours viewed, seasons one and two of Sweet Tooth 11.01 million hours viewed and 27.61 million hours viewed respectively, The Night Agent with 20.34 million hours viewedand The Diplomat at number eight with 18.37 million hours viewed.
