Prime Video’s ‘The Gray House’ Has Officially Dropped Its First Trailer

Prime Video reveals its first trailer for its new series The Gray House. The series is prodcuced by Morgan Freeman (Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, Lioness) and Kevin Costner (Yellowstone, Horizon: An American Saga Chapter 1) and the series will have an eight episode run. The trailer can be viewed on Deadline.

According to Deadline, The series tells a story about the true story behind a group of unsung women who were apart of the Underground Railroad. The group includes a Virginia socialite, her mother, a former slave, and a courtesan. The series will show how they operated deep inside the corridors of Confederate power and transform the Underground Railroad into an effective spy network at the cost of their lives and liberty. The series was writtend by Leslie Greif (High Value Target, Kevin Costner’s the West), Darrell Fetty (The Dating Game Killer, Texas Rising), and John Sayles (Neuverse Media, Sonora, the Devil’s Highway) and has Lori McCreary (Gangland Chronicles, In Our Blood), Rod Lake (Kevin Costner Presents: The First Christmas, Yellowstone to Yosemite with Kevin Costner), and Howard Kaplan (Anon, Odd Thomas) as executive producers.

The cast consists of Daisy Head (Call Me Master, Still Up), Paul Anderson (A Tale As Old As Time: Ring of Fire, Lift), Amethyst Davis (Genius, Kinfolk: The Series), Ian Duff (A House of Dynamite, Turning), Hannah James (Crossroads, Two Sinners and a Mule), Robert Knepper (Paper Empire, The Lost Princess), Christopher McDonald (High Value Target, Swiped), Colin Morgan (The Sandman, Long Day’s Journey Into Night), Rob Morrow (Murdaugh: Death in the Family, Last Appeal), Sam Trammell (Euphoria, Blue Eyed Girl), Ben Vereen (Quarter to Three, B Positive), Catherine Hannay (An American in Austen), Joshua McGuire (The Famous Five, The Gold), Catherine Garton (The War Between the Land and the Sea), John Ojeyemi (How We Met, Hello David), and Geoff Mac (Doctors, Being Black).

The series is set to premiere on February 26, 2026 on Prime Video.
