Prime Video’s Reacher fans can embrace the action once again. Comicbook.com reports that the streamer released the season three trailer on Saturday night.
According to the teaser embedded below, the third season of Reacher will be released on Prime Video on Feb. 20, 2025.
According to Comicbook.com, there is also the introduction to a fan-favorite villain from the Jack Reacher books named Paulie in the trailer. The third season will follow the storyline in Lee Child’s (Jack Reacher, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back) Persuader, the seventh book in the Jack Reacher series, released in 2003.
According to Comicbook.com, the main lead of Reacher will still be Alan Ritchson (Blue Mountain State, Titans), and the character of Paulie will be portrayed by Olivier Richters (Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Black Widow). The fact that Paulie’s character will have his first TV appearance makes fans eager to see what happens in the third season of Reacher. Even if released over 20 years ago, this book remains one of the most beloved novels by fans, and Paulie is the most beloved character.
If anyone is interested in knowing more information about the third season of the series, the press release describes the series, by stating, “Based on Child’s novel Persuader, in the third season of the action-packed series Reacher hurtles into the dark heart of a vast criminal enterprise when trying to rescue an undercover DEA informant whose time is running out. There he finds a world of secrecy and violence—and confronts some unfinished business from his own past.”
The press release continues, “After the second season was the most viewed release in 2023 on Prime Video, it was announced earlier this year that Reacher had received an early renewal for a fourth season which will begin shooting in 2025.”
Reacher will be released on Feb. 20, 2025. The first two seasons of the series are available to stream on Prime Video.
