Prime Video unveiled the trailer for its new action series, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf. Fans of The Terminal List can rejoice as the new series will dive back into the world of the global phenomenon. The trailer gives us a sneak peek at our new lead, Ben Edwards, played by Taylor Kitsch (Friday Night Lights, John Carter), a Navy SEAL turned CIA operative. The series will get a three-episode premiere on August 27th, exclusively on Prime Video. More than 240 countries will be able to enjoy the thrilling new series. After the three-episode premiere, fans can expect to get episodes weekly up until the season finale on Wednesday, September 24th.

The series is co-created by both the author of The New York Times’ best-selling novel The Terminal List, Jack Carr (In The Blood, Savage Son), and the Season one showrunner, David DiGilio (Strange Angel, Crossbones). It will act as a prequel and will chronicle Ben Edwards’ time as a Navy SEAL to his eventual role as a clandestine CIA operative. The thriller series will explore both espionage and the toll that warfare takes. Chris Pratt (Passengers, Parks and Rec) will return in a supporting role as James Reece.

Similar to its predecessor, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf will attempt to show the reality of warfare. Military Veterans contributed in all aspects of production, including as writers, actors, on-set technical advisors, and executive producers.

Joining Kitsch and Pratt in the cast are Tom Hopper (Black Sails, The Umbrella Academy), Robert Wisdom (Ray, Barry), Dar Salim (The Covenant Game Of Thrones), Rona-Lee Shimon (Fauda, Dirty Angels), Shiraz Tzarfati (The Serpent Queen, Theodosia), Jared Shaw (Civil War, Lioness). Shaw, Kitsch, Pratt, Digillio, and Carr will also be acting as executive producers. They will be joined as EPs by Antoine Fuqua (Emancipation, Southpaw), former Army Ranger and writer Max Adams, as well as pilot director of the Emmy-winning series Shougun Frederick E.O. Toy (The Boys, Fallout).
