The official trailer has been released for Peacock original Bupkis, starring Pete Davidson (Guy Code, School Dance), according to Variety. Co-written and executive produced by Davidson, Bupkis is a comedy series inspired by Davidson’s life.
As reported by Deadline, the trailer also has Davidson screaming on a roller coaster and enjoying a wild ride with Bobby Cannavale (The Pacifier, Ant-Man). The trailer includes brief glimpses of guest stars such as Edie Falco (The Sopranos, Nurse Jackie), who portrays Davidson’s mother, John Mulaney (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Mulaney An Opening Act), Steve Buscemi (Big Daddy, Pulp Fiction), Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond, Ice Age), Jon Stewart (The Daily Show, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), Sebastian Stan (Red Doors, Law & Order), Kenan Thompson (All That, Good Burger), Machine Gun Kelly (The Dirt, Downfalls High), and Chase Sui Wonders (Bodies Bodies Bodies, On the Rocks).
Serving as showrunner, writer, and executive producer of the series is Judah Miller (Playing House, The King of Staten Island). Also serving as writer and executive producer is Dave Sirus (The King of Staten Island, Let’s Be Real). Lorne Michaels (30 Rock, The Kids in the Hall), Erin David (Baby Mama, Masterminds), and Andrew Singer also serve as executive producers on the show.
Bupkis will be premiering on Peacock on May 4, 2023.
