Season 6 of The Walking Dead continues to move forward with all its gore, zombies, and community wars fans know all too well. Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), the notorious villain, is expected to appear soon on the series. For a while now, AMC has been releasing episodes of Fear the Walking Dead: Flight 462 during commercial breaks of Season 6 of The Walking Dead. After they are shown on TV, the clips are made available on the AMC website and on the official AMC app.
For those unfamiliar with the teaser web series, the clips of Fear the Walking Dead: Flight 462 will eventually tie into Fear the Walking Dead. The brief installments shows passengers on a plane amid all the chaos happening 30,000 ft (or so) below them. Initially, it appears that one of the passengers is infected with the deadly zombie virus and we all know that often turns into a domino effect in zombie shows/films.
According to International Business Times, one character from Flight 462 will meet the main characters of Fear the Walking Dead sometime during the upcoming season premiere. Up until episode 12 of Flight 462, the distraught wife’s infected husband is locked in a restroom after he turns into a walker.
Watch what unfolds in episode 12 of Flight 462 Below:
As shown above, the wife foolishly and unsurprisingly opens the door unleashing her former husband out who then tears a huge chunk of flesh off of her throat. The passengers panic and the air marshal starts shooting the walker in the chest area multiple times. Keep in mind, in their universe, zombies do not exist so they wouldn’t know that the most effective way of putting down a walker is by shooting it in the head. Plus one accidental shot into the plane’s window could potentially result in all of the passengers being sucked out into the sky.
The air marshal eventually falls back as the walker attempts to bite him. The only passenger who seems to have experience fighting walkers tells the air marshal to shoot the walker in the head. He listens but as pulls the trigger he finds that he has run out off bullets. Part 12 of Flight 462 ends with him trying to fight off the zombie as the passengers watch in fear.
Fear the Walking Dead will premiere on April 10.
