According to The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount+ just revealed new official trailer for the second season of Tulsa King. The trailer features a song by country star Jelly Roll (Mgk & Jelly Roll: Lonely Road) titled “Get By.” In the trailer, series star Sylvester Stallone (The Expendables, Rocky Balboa) declares, “Nothing resolves a conflict like a good smack in the chops.”
Below is the new official trailer for the second season, which shows Stallone as Dwight Manfredi, a former mob boss who was released from prison to be sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to build a new crime empire.
As per The Hollywood Reporter, “Dwight and his crew continue to build up and defend their growing empire in Tulsa, but just as they get their bearings, they realize that they’re not the only ones who want to stake their claim. With looming threats from the Kansas City mob and a very powerful local businessman, Dwight struggles to keep his family and crew safe while keeping track of all his affairs. Plus, he still has unfinished business back in New York.”
The series is executive produced by Taylor Sheridan (Wind River) and written by Terence Winter (The Wolf of Wall Street), along with a new season director, Craig Zisk (Interview with the Vampire). 101 Studios and MTV Entertainment Studios produce the series.
The cast for the series includes Andrea Savage (A Million Little Things) as Stacy Beale, Martin Starr (Spider-Man: Homecoming) as Bodhi, Jay Will (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) as Tyson, Max Casella (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit) as Armand Trusi, Domenick Lombardozzi (We Own This City) as Charles Invernizzi, Vincent Piazza (Boardwalk Empire) as Vince Antonacci, Tatiana Zappardino (This Is Us) as Tina and A.C. Peterson (Superman & Lois) as Pete Invernizzi.
Tulsa King season two will premiere on Sunday, Sept. 15 on Paramount+. The first season is available on the streamer.
