PaleyFest NY has announced its panel schedule for its upcoming edition. Starz’s Outlander will celebrate its 10-year anniversary soon, precisely on Aug. 9, and it’s one of the many TV series casts that will appear at the television festival, TVLine reports.
According to TVLine, The Paley Center for Media announced this news on Tuesday morning. The series that will be doing panels at the festival include Outlander: The 10th Anniversary Celebration, which will release the second part of its seventh season on Starz on Nov. 22, HBO’s Somebody Somewhere and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol. The location for the festival will be The Paley Museum in Midtown Manhattan, and the festival’s dates range from Oct. 16 to Oct. 22.
Outlander has been ongoing since 2014, and the second half of the seventh season has added new cast members, including Kieran Bew (House of the Dragon), Frances Tomelty (Woman in the Wall), and Carla Woodcock (A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder).
According to TVLine, the full schedule of the festival, including the activities and panelist details, will be released on Monday, Sept. 9. The Paley Center for Media president, Maureen J. Reidy, has shared a statement regarding these panel announcements.
“Outlander, Somebody Somewhere and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol each represent excellence in television, and we are thrilled to reveal these stellar programs as the first announced program selections for this year’s PaleyFest NY,” Reidy explained, via TVLine. “We look forward to welcoming television fans to The Paley Museum this October, and we extend our tremendous thanks to Citi for their continued support of PaleyFest NY.”
For ticketing information, TVLine reports that Citi cardmembers and Paley Members are granted presale access to tickets beginning Tuesday, Sept. 10, and the general public will have access to the general sale of tickets from Friday, Sept. 13, at 12:00 P.M. EST.
As stated beforehand, Paleyfest NY will be held in Manhattan from Oct. 16 to Oct. 22.
