Some of the biggest names in comedy, TV and film will come together to honor legendary comedian Don Rickles in the One Night Only: An All-Star Comedy Tribute to Don Rickles special.
The special will include stand-up performances, short films, pre-taped tributes and personal stories from Rickles’ closet friends, co-stars and comedians. Rickles will then address those in attendance with his own words in his own inimitable style. Those who will honor Rickles include stars from the world of comedy, television and film including David Letterman, Jerry Seinfeld, Jon Stewart, Robert De Niro, Martin Scorsese, Tracy Morgan, Jimmy Kimmel, John Stamos, Bob Newhart, Regis Philbin, Ray Romano, Brad Garret and many more.

One Night Only is an annual original franchise from Spike TV’s that celebrates true legends of comedy. The first One Night Only honored Eddie Murphy in the Eddie Murphy: One Night Only special and was the highest rated event program for the network.
Spike TV is known for honoring male icons and heroes from the comedy, sports and entertainment worlds. Other past honorees at various events include Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, Robert De Niro, Clint Eastwood, Chris Rock, Will Ferrell, Robert Downey Jr, LeBron James, Adam Sandler, Kobe Bryant and more.
Don Mischer Productions will produce the One Night Only: An All-Star Comedy Tribute to Don Rickles. Executive producers include Don Mischer, Casey Patterson, and Charlie Haykel with Juliane Hare as producer.
One Night Only: An All-Star Comedy Tribute to Don Rickles will tape from the Apollo Theater in New York City on Tuesday, May 6. The special is 90-minutes and will air on Spike TV on Wednesday, May 28 at 9:00pm ET/PT.
