MGM+ has announced that the official trailer for The Hillside Strangler has dropped and will premiere on Sunday, January 18th. The director and showrunner, Peter LoGreco, is joined by executive producers Eli Holzman (The Seven Five, Operation Odessa), Aaron Saidman (Selena + Chef, This Is Paris), and Tim Walsh (Chicago P.D., Cult) in this new docuseries.
This horror/drama series brings fear and excitement to Amazon Prime, describing the vicious crimes of various known killers.

During the late 1970s, Los Angeles earned a dark reputation as the serial murder capital of the world. While several high-profile killers haunted the city, none caused more terror than the “Hillside Strangler,” a mysterious figure responsible for the abduction and murder of 12 women and girls, according to MGM+.
This sparked a massive manhunt led by homicide detective Frank Salerno, whose persistence eventually revealed that the “strangler” was actually two men: cousins Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Buono. Following the longest criminal trial in U.S. history, both received life sentences.
Now, over four decades later, Salerno reflects on the case that defined his legendary career, while Kenneth Bianchi breaks his silence for the first time on camera, via MGM+.
